This paper discusses problems related to mechanical behaviour of inter-module connections in modular buildings.A specific solution is analysed here.The aim collect data about the response a newly developed connector and also create valid computational model this structure.Experimental tests are done on medium-scale specimens made concrete connector.A novel test stand has been devised for purpose shown.Digital Image Correlation involved study development cracks observed during tests.This followed by numerical static analysis.Appropriate finite element model, enabling description nonlinear structure with cracking searched aid updating process.The final resembles whole involves damage plasticity material law.Good correlation between experiments estimations achieved.Thus, connection well determined, while can be used analyse single unit or building
