ABSTRACT This research investigates the relationship between cultural, social, and material attributes within entrepreneurial ecosystems (EEs) their influence on success of green startups, focusing specifically comparative analyses Brazilian German contexts. Through a detailed examination involving fuzzy cognitive maps (FCMs) Delphi method (FDM), study validates factors critical for fostering startups. The findings highlight importance business strategies that are culturally congruent environmentally beneficial, focused unique characteristics each ecosystem. In Germany, emphasizing technological innovation align with pragmatic environmental ethos, whereas in Brazil, community involvement social more crucial. study's methodological approach integrates expert opinions to prioritize significantly impact revealing strategic alignment external ecosystem such as investment access, regulatory environments, specialized talent is vital startup survival growth. However, faces limitations due its geographic focus, potential bias, dynamic characteristics, qualitative nature data collection. These suggest areas further research, including expanding scope incorporating quantitative methods enhance robustness findings.
