Objective: To assess the effects of recall bias on prospectively collected patient-reported outcome (PRO) measures after lumbar laminectomy by analyzing correlations between PROs and step counts in measurement windows preceding PRO measurement. Methods: Responses to 12-item Short Form Health Survey (SF-12) Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) were postoperatively from 22 patients. Accelerometers recorded daily counts. Median maximum calculated for (1 day, 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks) Spearman rank correlation coefficients calculated. Results: 1- 2-week more consistently correlated with SF-12 Physical Component Scores scores than 3-day over postoperative period. steps 1-, 2-week, ODI 1-day window. Maximum windows. Discussion: had higher concordance week weeks before day days prior. We therefore conclude that are not markedly affected because skewed events immediately

This study explores the construction of an intelligent early warning and intervention system for adolescent spinal health its application under a proactive model. The research demonstrates that through real-time monitoring personalized interventions, Spinal Health Index adolescents in group significantly improved, increasing from 65 to 85 points, while control group's index slightly decreased 60 58 points. Personalized strategies, such as combination exercise nutritional were found be most effective, indicating daily activity levels impact health. plays crucial role management by facilitating monitoring, modifications behaviors. Despite limitations including constraints sample size geographical scope, relatively short period, insufficient data diversity, future can enhance universality model generalizability expanding sizes, prolonging diversity. Looking forward, integration multimodal data, optimization user interface, establishment long-term tracking mechanisms will further performance promote improvement adolescents.
