Abstract Background With the trend of digitalization, social activities among older population are becoming more diverse as they increasingly adopt technology-based alternatives. To gain a comprehensive understanding activities, this study aimed to identify patterns digital and in-person community-dwelling adults in South Korea, examine associated factors, explore difference depressive symptoms by identified latent activity patterns. Methods Data were extracted from nationwide survey conducted with 1,016 (mean age 68.0 ± 6.5 years, 47.8% male). The main variables assessed (eight items), (six (20 items). analyzed using class analysis, multinomial logistic regression, multiple linear regression. Results We four distinct patterns: “minimal both in-person” (22.0%), “moderate (46.7%), & very high (14.5%), “high (16.8%). Younger age, living multi-generational households, higher literacy likelihood being than group. male, residing metropolitan areas, no dependency on IADL items, doing daily physical exercise, Depressive significantly group minimal engagement compared other three groups. Conclusions This highlights Korean adults. Since can be vulnerable symptoms, interventions that address modifiable attributes, such supporting facilitating adults, could serve potential strategies enhance their and, consequently, mental well-being.

This research investigates how a mobile-based archive application and digital literacy impact pre-service administrators' understanding of the smart village concept in rural governance. It uses quantitative approach with questionnaire given to 100 administrators evaluate their attitudes towards these factors. Validity reliability tests were conducted as part data analysis, assessed for normality assumption. The then analyzed using multiple linear regression model. coefficient determination, which is 99.3%, suggests that nearly all variables related can be explained through variables. Furthermore, have positive significant on concept, both simultaneously (0.0000.05) partially (0.0000.05). We found negative t value (-5.739) improved (9.299) (6.538) implications from findings indicate governance recognize need improvement concept.

Using XR to enhance effectiveness and group identification in remote group therapy for anxiety disorders: A critical analysis (Preprint) DOI

UNSTRUCTURED Group therapy is a scalable and effective treatment for anxiety disorders. However, when performed online, the reduced ability to identify with group members interactivity can limit its appeal effectiveness. Extended reality (XR) technology, including virtual augmented reality, may help address these limitations, thereby enhancing reach of online benefits that be drawn from it. To understand how incorporation XR technology improve disorders, this viewpoint paper examines evidence related disorders using offline therapy, as well ways increase social identification platform, therapist, other users.
