Delovna mesta se v času prehajanja Industrijo 4.0 preurejajo iz povsem ročnih preko hibridnih človek-stroj avtomatizirana, avtonomna in pametna. Vsaka omenjena oblika ureditve delovnega sama zase predstavlja razvojni izziv. Poseben izziv razvoj delovnih mest, kjer je potrebno pozitivnem smislu izkoristiti potencial človeka stroja največji možni meri. Pri načrtovanju mest procesov sledi načelom vitkosti, kar povrne učinkoviti porabi časa, skozi zmanjšane izgube načela ergonomije. Vsled pomanjkanja delovne sile staranja prebivalstva skrb za ohranjanje zdravja zaposlenih pomembno vodilo načrtovanja prihodnost. Poznavanje osnov vitkosti ergonomije ob sočasnem spoznavanju elektronskega okolja oblikovanje lahko dobro izhodišče preudarno načrtovanje prenove klasičnih delovna Industrije 4.0.

The aim of this article is to know the impact that different Industry 4.0 technologies have on occupational health and safety risks, with special attention new emerging risks generated. To achieve objective, an analysis literature was carried out. It allowed us design a survey answered by 130 managers and/or technicians pioneering companies in development technologies. Next, 32 these projects were selected multiple case study conducted through 37 in-depth interviews.
