To address the common issues of lacking indicator system identification, causal relationship quantification, and path simulation analysis in current research on safety performance prefabricated construction, a method for improving construction based decision-making trial evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) NK model is proposed. Safety is one of the goals a smart city. To study storage tank explosion damage in city’s chemical industrial parks, determine position control measures according to situation, and realize analysis measured utility, we proposed area probability importance distribution.
