Different driving environments may lead to increased mental workload and fatigue among drivers, consequently diminishing safety. To investigate the impact of various factors on drivers’ load, this study approaches issue from three perspectives: external weather environment, road in-vehicle environment. Through experimental modeling mountainous section Provincial Highway S208 in Chongyang County, Xianning City, employing simulated experiments, factor combinations were designed visual characteristics drivers. analysis, a comprehensive examination is conducted four indicators: rate change pupil area, fixation duration, saccade velocity, angle, explore patterns influence exerted by these load The evaluation results indicate that degree driver distraction decreases when plant spacing set at 6 meters type traffic auxiliary facilities configured two. When flow zero no sub-mission are present, experiences minimum level workload. findings provide robust theoretical support for nighttime mountain safety, contributing in-depth exploration safety theories.

The construction industry is replete with significant safety risks, underscoring the necessity to comprehend factors that shape workers’ behaviors for efficacious accident prevention. This study aims investigate impact of managers’ perception (MSP) on (WSBs), while also exploring mediating roles awareness (WSA) and competency (WSC). Utilizing a structural equation model (SEM), data were collected from 248 workers through validated questionnaire. findings indicate MSP has direct influence WSBs (mean effect size = 0.065, p < 0.01) an indirect enhanced WSA (effect 0.386, WSC 0.392, 0.01). research makes contribution existing literature in several ways. First, it introduces new measurement scale MSP. Second, highlights effects WSBs. Third, emphasizes importance fostering among workers. In addition, offers practical implications managers seeking improve outcomes on-site.

The use of eye tracking technology, together with other physiological measurements such as psychogalvanic skin response (GSR) and electroencephalographic (EEG) recordings, provides researchers information about users’ behavioural responses during their learning process in different types tasks. These devices produce a large volume data. However, order to analyse these records, have them using complex statistical and/or machine techniques (supervised or unsupervised) that are usually not incorporated into the devices. objectives this study were (1) propose procedure for processing extracted data; (2) address potential technical challenges difficulties logs integrated multichannel technology; (3) offer solutions automating data analysis. A Notebook Jupyter is proposed steps importing data, well supervised unsupervised algorithms.

With the continuous development of global construction industry and urbanization, accident rate in has also been increasing year by year, with workers’ risk-taking behavior being an important factor. Therefore, effectively reducing occurrence improving safety are great significance to both academia management. Based on relevant literature behaviors published between 1 January 2012 28 August 2024, this study uses CiteSpace software visualize analyze countries, institutions, authors, cited works, keywords 272 selected articles. It aims current status from multiple perspectives, reveal research hotspots, predict future trends. The results show that, firstly, emergence among workers is closely related a variety factors, such as work pressure, environmental atmosphere, organizational culture, etc. needs further explore how consider these factors comprehensively understand causes more comprehensively. Second, methods becoming increasingly diversified, means have shifted single empirical analysis comprehensive analysis, incorporating advanced equipment. Third, focus object gradually traditional behavioral patterns adolescents occupational groups, especially workers, which strengthens management field. Fourth, mode standardized, scope can be extended all stages behavior, methodology focused precision effectiveness. This not only helps scholars understanding state direction provides valuable references for managers improve strategies practice.
