Internal displacement to safer regions and migration abroad became a new phenomenon in Ukraine due Russian military aggression. Accordingly, hotels began provide services category of consumers – internally displaced persons (in Ukraine) migrants (abroad). In 2022, Poland received the most from its geographical position significant economic ties. This study aims identify changes hotel activities caused by internal external migration. The results are based on Computer Assisted Web Interviewing (CAWI) conducted April-July 2023, which 300 were invited. Answers 93 Ukrainian 94 Polish hotels. majority (66% 62% Poland) have star rating 2-3*, with an average capacity 45 rooms 49 Ukraine. According managers, level occupancy increased 6% 13%. specific weight was 23% all customers; Ukraine, it 12%. Hotels both countries introduce services, attract different sources cost coverage (however, used wider opportunities), employment (34% 7.5% Ukraine), contributing additional rates financial stability. Changes operations processes as result war reflect their adaptability sustainability. This paper aims to examine the impact of Russia-Ukraine war on performance Group Twenty (G20) countries by analyzing economic these before and after war, measuring empirically from 2000 2022.
