High wear rates during the tillage process often result in significant financial losses and wasted farming seasons. In this paper, a bionic design was used to reduce wear. Inspired by wear-resistant animals with ribbed structures, sweep (BRS) designed combining unit conventional (CS). BRSs different parameters (width φ, height h, angle θ, interval λ) were simulated optimized using DEM RSM methods at working depth of 60 mm evaluate magnitude trends three responses: resistance (TR), number contacts between soil particles (CNSP), Archard value (AW).
