Abstract Conservation farming has been recognized as effective climate strategies for enhancing soil organic carbon (SOC) sequestration and health. Yet, the extent to which this alternative agriculture influences SOC characteristics (i.e., biomolecules, lability sources) in matrix remains elusive. Employing three biomarkers – lipids, lignin microbial necromass we differentiated composition, degradation sources of two functional forms matter: particulate (POM) mineral‐associated fractions (MAOM) response 20‐year conservation practices North China. Three treatments included: conventional tillage (CT), rotary (RT), no‐till (NT). Topsoil samples (0–5 cm) were subjected physical chemical fractionation. The content POM was 40.8% higher RT 59.2% NT compared with CT, whereas increased MAOM limited (by 1.3% 8.9%). ( cf . CT) short‐chain lipids (<C 20 ) by 42.2% fraction. Compared phenols 31.8% 33.3% MAOM, reflecting preservation plant‐derived compounds. Again, augmented C (MNC) 130.0% 77.2% rather than relative restoring more residues form. also enhanced ratios MNC/SOC fungal MNC/bacterial MNC MAOM. We collectively concluded that altered biochemistry accrual pathways via distinct fractions, highlighting a novel stabilization mechanism plant‐ microbial‐derived biomolecules under systems.

This study is devoted to the comparative economic evaluation of different fertilization systems and intensification levels in cultivation agricultural crops on gray forest soils. Experimental work was carried out during three rotations field crop rotation. The obtained results demonstrate that increasing doses mineral organic fertilizers does not always lead an increase efficiency, some cases even reduces it. In particular, cost recovery decreased with fertilizer average rotation, except for potato crop, where opposite trend observed. Fertilizer including nitrogen contributed protein content grain, but this did ensure their superiority terms efficiency. On basis data, conclusions are drawn about need a differentiated approach choice intensification, taking into account specific agro-ecological conditions features grown. can be useful practitioners selecting optimal agro-technologies.
