Abstract This study aims to analyze the impact of digital marketing on urban courier companies in municipality Valledupar, Colombia. It also propose strategies for smart delivery developing countries and identify barriers be overcome these activities. A quantitative approach with a descriptive research design is used. Given nested nature data, correlation analysis was performed gather information relationship between variables studied strength direction those relationships. conducted coefficient two specific variables. Abstract Digital technologies constitute a critical enabler for attaining net zero target. However, how digital infrastructure, the material infrastructure that underpins technologies, shapes firms' green innovation remains uncertain. The uniqueness of this analysis lies in evaluating causal implications Broadband China policy on corporate using staggered difference‐in‐differences technique. Our study indicates robustly boosts innovation. treatment impacts vary across calendar times, entry cohorts, and exposure durations, with most estimates exhibiting powerful positive effects. Further indirectly through financialization by increasing operating income total asset turnover while minimizing management costs. findings endorse process requires more long‐term, stable, continuous financial support due to its high information asymmetry, high‐risk nature, long‐term investment cycle.

Design/methodology/approach study uses implementation “Broadband China” policy that improves as an exogenous shock and exploits difference-in-differences method (DID). Findings Empirical analyses show leads increased firms’ borrowing costs, which is robust several robustness checks. In addition, we find this unfavourable effect can be attributed intensified market competition led by construction. Cross-sectional analysis shows greater for non-SOEs smaller firms.
