The crosslinking behavior of polyethylene (PE) determines its exceptional performance and application. In this study, we investigated the behaviors different PE resins through model simulation rheological methods. Specifically, mathematical equation “S” was established for resin. According to equation, optimal maximum gel content high-density (HDPE) found be around 85%. Moreover, degrees depended largely on their density molecular weight. melt viscosities before in were highly influenced by index. higher indexes resulted lower storage moduli, improving processability during processing. addition, rates strongly peroxide concentration, independent resin structures. For high weight low-density resins, they exhibited decreased ti values, increased A0 k6 values. However, there no noticeable variations values k2 phi among resins. All simulated modeling outcomes showed remarkable consistency with experimental data. These findings are strong significance industrial manufacture

Currently kiwifruit picking process mainly leverages manual labor, which has low productivity and high labor intensity, meanwhile, the existing machinery also efficiency easily damages fruits. In this regard, a robot suitable for orchard operations was developed in paper grown trellis style. First, based on analysis of growth pattern cultivation parameters, expected design requirements objectives were proposed, workflow environment given, turn led to multi-fruit envelope-cutting designed. Then, D-H method used establish kinematic Equations kiwifruit-picking robot, forward inverse calculations carried out, Monte Carlo analyze workspace robot. By planning trajectory robotic arm calculating critical nodes path, scheme MATLAB software applied simulate motion as well verify feasibility strategy. Finally, test bed set up conduct tests form fruit clusters. The results show that average time pick each cluster 9.7s, success rate 88.0%, damage 7.3%. All indicators met
