Currently
kiwifruit
picking
process
mainly
leverages
manual
labor,
which
has
low
productivity
and
high
labor
intensity,
meanwhile,
the
existing
machinery
also
efficiency
easily
damages
fruits.
In
this
regard,
a
robot
suitable
for
orchard
operations
was
developed
in
paper
grown
trellis
style.
First,
based
on
analysis
of
growth
pattern
cultivation
parameters,
expected
design
requirements
objectives
were
proposed,
workflow
environment
given,
turn
led
to
multi-fruit
envelope-cutting
designed.
Then,
D-H
method
used
establish
kinematic

kiwifruit-picking
robot,
forward
inverse
calculations
carried
out,
Monte
Carlo
analyze
workspace
robot.
By
planning
trajectory
robotic
arm
calculating
critical
nodes
path,
scheme
MATLAB
software
applied
simulate
motion

feasibility
strategy.
Finally,
test
bed
set
up
conduct
tests
form
fruit
clusters.
The
results
show
that
average
time
pick
each
cluster
9.7s,
success
rate
88.0%,
damage
7.3%.
