Titanium and its alloys are widely used for orthopedic implant fabrication. The interfacial reaction between titanium living tissue is controlled by the oxide film formed on surface of substrate. In this work, an anodic oxidation technique was explored to create self-organized TiO2 nanotube array maintaining a constant voltage 30 V 4 h using ethylene glycol (80%), ammonium fluoride (0.3 wt%), distilled water adjusted remaining balance (19.7%). constructed has diameter 100 ± 12 nm. Further, 58 S bioglass synthesized sol-gel integrated into nanotubular array. samples were analyzed in terms their topography electrochemical response. bioglass-integrated effectively improves resistance corrosion.
