Abstract Cloud computing is an established paradigm for end users to access resources. infrastructure providers seek maximize accepted requests, meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and reduce operational costs by dynamically allocating Virtual Machines (VMs) physical nodes. Many solutions have been presented manage cloud infrastructure, however, these tend be centralized suffer in their ability maintain Quality of (QOS) support data centers with thousands Decentralized approaches, no central management, can large centers. However, the obtain optimal resource allocation across center. To address this, we propose a hybrid hierarchical decentralized architecture that achieves lower SLA violations lowers network traffic. We used simulation evaluate our proposal practice variety existing VM placement policies.

The practice of consolidating virtual machines onto a smaller number physical servers is known as Virtual Machine (VM) consolidation. This allows for reduction in the total that are required to host with minimum consumption energy. There lots mechanism already developed by various researchers this filed optimize energy rate. Therefore, research work, Cuckoo Search (CS) based VMs consolidation approach Cloud Computing (CC). It impossible effectively efficiency without compromising some form system performance cloud service quality. majority current VM approaches on concept load and threshold, which affects terms Quality Service (QoS) metrics such consumption, Level Agreement (SLA) violation, task scheduling overhead. Because this, optimizing currently impossible. proposed CS-based achieve goal research. When method compared against literature SLA model achieves considerable while concurrently achieving quantity violations.

Cloud Computing (CC) offers abundant resources and diverse services for running a wide range of consumer applications, although it faces specific issues that need attention. customers aim to choose the most suitable resource fulfills requirements consumers at fair cost within an acceptable timeframe; however, times, they wind up paying more shorter duration. Many advanced algorithms focus on optimizing single variable individually. Hence, Optimized Resource Allocation in (ORA-CC) Model is required achieve equilibrium between opposing aims Computing. The ORA-CC study create task processing structure with decision-making ability best real-time handling complicated uses Virtual Computers (VC). The latest cloud resource management research has revealed that virtual machine (VM) consolidation allows for effectively managing the physical resources of data centers. However, a tremendous waste power and been pointed as one challenges related to development new methods VM in center order deliver wide range IT services clients effectively. This paper investigates problem power-aware under dynamic workloads, uncertainty, changing number VMs. For this purpose, authors propose method based on beam search takes into account four types (CPU, memory, network throughput, storage throughput) six quality metrics. Optimal algorithm parameters defined are determined using integral estimation method. SLA violation minimization significant improvement metrics, accompanied by decreased migrations slight deterioration consumption. proposed is evaluated common widespread hardware configurations Bitbrains workload traces. experiments show approach can ensure efficient use terms migrations.
