Multilayer plastic films (MPFs) are widely used in the food industry. Despite its widespread use, recycling of MPF remains a challenge due to complex structure. Solvent-based is more and costly than conventional mechanical recycling, which most method despite technical economic limitations. This study investigates post-consumer without separating constituent layers. Samples were prepared using thermal extrusion cycle with control temperature, speed sample size improve melt state, homogeneity response mixture. The results physicomechanical characterization this research show that proper selection parameters for fine multilayer waste 2 mm particle size, has positive impact, instance, on final maximum strength recycled material, demonstrating an increase up 40 70% tensile flexural properties, respectively. proposed separation constituents can produce material properties comparable those low-density polyethylene polypropylene. These findings could significantly benefit industry by reducing pollution allowing creating new products specific tailored different applications.
