Abstract In this paper, we conduct a preliminary study on the current development status in medical image alignment and build up basic framework for alignment. The feature space, search similarity measure, strategy of cardiac angiography images are calculated studied. DGVF model is utilized to process traditional snake optimization combined with B-splines construct B-spline model. Optimize MsFCM algorithm by using PSO propose an MsFCM-PSO segmentation method. It applied together segment vascular lumen ultrasound images. Finally, paper analyzed terms performance, stability, evaluation results. mean values Dice, IoU, HD paper’s vessels 94.27%, 92.60%, 1.06, respectively (all optimal performances). ablation experiments, MsFCMPSO shows increase 6.02% 5.47% Dice IoU compared benchmark stability calibration percentage 31.13% when Gaussian factor 0.5, which significantly better than other algorithms. methods
