Abstract Highly selective and sensitive quantitative detection of ofloxacin (OFX) at ultralow concentrations in aqueous media development new afterglow materials remains a challenge. Abstract The development of novel photosensitizers (PSs) with aggregation‐induced emission (AIE) properties has emerged as a crucial advancement in the field photodynamic therapy (PDT). However, versatile applications AIE PSs are limited by low encapsulation efficiency and inadequate target tissue permeability. Biomimetic technology stands out promising strategy to overcome these challenges, aiming enhance tumor penetration efficacy, their association antitumor immune responses. In this review, recent advancements biomimetic for PDT immunotherapy summarized. We start introducing strategies involving based on cell membranes extracellular vesicles combined application immunotherapy. then discuss preparation nanoparticles. Finally, we briefly outline challenges prospects associated PSs.

Precise and rapid identification of pesticides is crucial to ensure a green environment, food safety, human health. However, complex sample environments often hinder precise identification, especially for simultaneous differentiation multiple pesticides. Herein, we first synthesize Eu(III)-functionalized HOF-on-HOF composite (Eu@PFC-1@MA-TPA) then utilize principal component analysis (PCA) machine learning (ML) algorithm achieve the 2,6-dichloro-4-nitroaniline (DCN) thiabendazole (TBZ) their mixtures. Eu@PFC-1@MA-TPA displays high quantitative ability, which can distinguish single DCN TBZ as low 1 μM mixtures at 5 through PCA.
