A sensitive and accurate analysis of organochlorine pesticide (OCP) residues in dairy products poses a significant challenge. Herein, novel covalent organic polymer, Azo-COP-1, was synthesized for the enhanced extraction OCPs products. The solid phase microextraction fiber coated with Azo-COP-1 demonstrated excellent performance via hydrogen bonding, halogen π-π stacking, electrostatic interactions. Coupled gas chromatography-electron capture detection, we developed facile reliable method detecting six types low limits detection (2.0-400 pg g

ABSTRACT A novel analytical methodology was developed in this study for the determination of four nonsteroidal anti‐inflammatory drugs, including aspirin, naproxen, ibuprofen, and mefenamic acid water samples using high‐performance liquid chromatography‐diode array detection. The thin film solid‐phase microextraction technique employed, coupled with a 96‐well plate sampling system, polyaniline‐silica doped hydrochloric used as extractor phase. optimized conditions were obtained through univariate multivariate approaches, optimum extraction 1.5 mL sample, pH 3, without salt addition, 300 μL acetonitrile. Calibration curves spiked ultrapure water; linear ranges from 15 to 500 μg L −1 , coefficients higher than 0.9957. Detection quantification limits 4.55 respectively. relative recoveries varied 81% 117% river sample at three different concentration levels each analyte. intraday ( n = 3) interday 9) precision values ≤ 8% 15%,

Furfural compounds, including 5-hydroxymethylfurfural, furfural, and 5-methylfurfural, are common in foods pose health risks. This study presents a pipette-tip solid-phase extraction with in-situ derivatization (PT-KF-SPE/ISD) method for rapid analysis of furfural compounds various food matrices. Utilizing natural kapok fiber as an efficient adsorbent, this integrates into single step via simple pull-push operation. Derivatization 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine increases the hydrophobicity ultraviolet absorption enabling sensitive liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detection. The shows good linearity, sensitivity, reproducibility, limits detection ranges 3.9-6.0 ng/mL. Real sample confirms its applicability detecting beverages herbal products, offering reliable eco-friendly solution safety quality control. Five greenness assessment metrics demonstrate method's excellent environmental friendliness. approach highlights advantages combining adsorbents analysis.
