This study introduces a novel sensitive and environment-friendly spectrofluorimetric method for determination of an important muscle relaxant drug, tizanidine, with no need using organic solvents or any pre-derivatization steps. strategy depends on tizanidine quenching effect the native fluorescence newly synthesized nitrogen-doped carbon quantum dots (N-CQDs) from Tetraclinis articulata extract, first time, microwave-assisted synthetic in only 4 min. Full characterization N-CQDs was performed by different microscopic spectroscopic techniques. The showed good emission at 380 nm when excited 312 nm. is one analysis spectrofluorimetrically as nanosensors. developed approach demonstrated linearity within range 0.1-1.0 μg/mL correlation coefficient 0.9997 detection limit 0.024 μg/mL. successfully applied estimation its tablets human urine samples high % recoveries (98.04-101.67) low %RSD (< 1.5) values. Furthermore, content uniformity testing accordance USP guidelines. method's eco-friendliness evaluated AGREE ComplexGAPI metrics. Validation according to ICHQ2 (R2)

ABSTRACT Eurycoma longifolia Jack, commonly known as Tongkat Ali, is a medicinal herb traditionally valued for its aphrodisiac properties, with eurycomanone being principal bioactive quassinoid. This study introduces novel, cost‐effective method the sensitive detection of using nitrogen‐doped carbon quantum dots (N‐CQDs) fluorescent probe. The spectral characteristics probe were carefully analyzed UV–vis and fluorescence spectrophotometric techniques, sensing mechanism was investigated through Stern–Volmer thermodynamic studies, revealing static quenching interaction. A Box–Behnken design experiment applied to optimize conditions including pH, incubation time, concentration, ensuring high sensitivity robustness. reduced quadratic model found significant ( p value > 0.0001) pH N‐CQDs concentration most influential factors. rigorously validated following ICH guidelines displaying excellent linearity in range 0.25–6.0 μg/mL, (LOD 0.067 μg/mL), accuracy precision (RSD < 1.5%). proposed technique successfully analysis real Ali samples, demonstrating practical utility herbal analysis. results showed good agreement reported chromatographic methods, positioning promising alternative conventional analytical methods.
