Preservice teachers (PSTs) frequently face challenges with classroom management, a key aspect of effective teaching. Reflective practice is crucial for PSTs to enhance their skills, but reflections tend be superficial. This mixed-methods study explores whether integrating 360-degree video and virtual reality (VR) technology modified Gibb's Cycle can improve PSTs' critical reflection on management practices. Twelve PSTs, engaged in full-time internships at middle schools, recorded lessons using cameras reviewed the footage via VR headsets. Reflections were completed three stages each two observed lessons: immediately after teaching, following review 2D video, viewing video. Paired samples t-tests revealed significant improvements self-assessments reviewing 360 compared memory Despite technical issues, results indicate that immersive combined structured reflection, objective self-assessment, inform pedagogical decision-making, foster actionable insights skills. contributes research technologies teacher education underscores value supporting professional development.
