Social development organizations increasingly employ artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled tools to help team members collaborate effectively and efficiently. These are used in various management tasks activities. Based on the unified theory of acceptance use technology (UTAUT), this study explores factors influencing employees' AI-enabled tools. The extends model two ways: a) by evaluating impact these collaboration b) exploring moderating role AI aversion. Data were collected through an online survey employees working with analysis research was conducted using partial least squares (PLS), a two-step - measurement structural models assessment. results revealed that antecedent variables, such as effort expectancy, performance social influence, facilitating conditions, positively associated tools, which have positive relationship collaboration. It also concluded significant effect aversion between expectancy technology. findings imply should focus building environment adopt while addressing concerns about AI.

Artificial intelligence has been increasingly used in many managerial decision-making contexts for its superior performance. However, managers are still averse to using AI algorithms decision-making. The benefits of cannot be realized optimally if reluctant use them. Although there studies investigating the factors that make an individual towards algorithms, examining such context scarce. This study, drawing on innovation resistance theory and technology readiness concept, proposes a structural model depicting relationships between managers' perceived barriers algorithm aversion. also incorporates role influencing these relationships. To test model, data were collected from 179 31 banks/financial institutions Bangladesh through online survey analyzed partial least squares equation modeling. results indicate related value, tradition, image significantly associated with aversion, whereas usage risk have non-significant impact. Moderation analysis suggests motivating mitigate impact value

While organizational frontlines in the digital age involve complex interactions between consumers, autonomous technology (AT), and frontline workers, research so far largely focuses on effect of AT either consumer or worker. Bridging fields marketing behavior, we develop Consumer–Autonomous Technology–Worker (CAW) framework, which reflects implications consumer–worker–AT interactions. We consider that can be consumer-facing, such as service robots, worker-facing, AT-enabled knowledge-based systems supporting a worker’s decision-making. Drawing illustrative interviews hospitality contexts with workers who co-work robots consumers served, propositions highlight avenues for future research. expect consumer–worker relations to strengthen when augments instead replaces Human leadership is critical consumers’ workers’ acceptance AT, while anthropomorphism less presence human
