This study aims to empirically investigate the effect of blockchain technology (BCT) adoption on supply chain resilience (SCR), with mediating role integration (SCI) and crucial environmental dynamism (ED) as a moderator. Based data collected from firms operating in automotive industry India, proposed model was tested using Partial Least Squares Structural Equations Modelling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS software. The empirical results showed positive BCT SCI, which turn affects SCR. Importantly, SCI acts full mediator BCT-SCR relationship, is moderated by ED, that is, SCR strong when ED high. offers groundwork for operationalizing context. It also contributes research investigating how mediates In addition, this found moderating relationship between SCI. These provide insights auto manufacturers ways enhance ensure safe operations.

Purpose This study investigates the association between family firm status and maturity level of management control systems (MCSs) by considering moderating effect process digitalization. Design/methodology/approach The authors conducted an empirical analysis on a sample 106 Italian firms, utilizing both ordinary least squares ordered logistic regression in this study. Findings By resorting to MCS model proposed Marx et al. (2012), findings reveal that firms do not differ from their nonfamily counterparts regarding maturity. Furthermore, degree digitalization is positively associated with probability adopting IT-related technologies MCSs. Digitalization negatively moderates relationship maturity, resulting exhibiting lower than counterparts. Research limitations/implications Despite similar efforts process, lag behind adoption IT-enabled MCSs, which suggests reduced agency issues constrain level. Digital nomads are engaged in a complex quest to select their next destination. In this context, user-generated content (UGC) on social media is pivotal source glean insights into digital nomads' destination choices. Accordingly, study investigates the principal topics that influence nomad's choice. To end, data-mining techniques applied analyze from platform X (former Twitter). Based results, we identify total of 11 associated with location preferences can be grouped 3 clusters (positive, negative, and neutral). Specifically, find six positive (employment, retirement, gastronomy, co-working, work motivation, culture), one neutral topic (customer service), four negative (connectivity, hours, visa issues, loneliness). The results suggest job flexibility, attraction travel, cultural immersion emerge as factors influencing By contrast, connectivity concerns, management, feelings isolation, emotional adjustments stand out considerable impediments for nomads.
