Abstract Digital transformation stimulates enterprise development but its effects on zombification are uncertain. This study analyzed the of digital de‐zombification among A‐share listed Chinese companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges from 2009 to 2021 mechanisms underlying those effects. The findings indicated that facilitated de‐zombification, with a stronger effect observed state‐owned enterprises, high‐tech firms industries low levels competition, advanced transformation, cities high government intervention. Further analysis identified improved production efficiency capital allocation as important factors enabling this process. Enterprises at risk should prioritize fundamental strategy for recovery. Governance strategies be tailored specific characteristics various types zombie enterprises. may consider offering financial or tax incentives assist these their efforts, them overcome challenges associated while enhancing both efficacy allocation.

This paper investigates the impact of climate change and technological innovation on economic growth, energy consumption, carbon emissions by using annual observations a wide range variables Asian European countries from 1996 to 2021. The study uses dynamic GMM model reveals significant regional heterogeneity time-varying effects growth. Technological plays more substantial role in promoting sustainable growth compared countries. also uncovers spatial linkage dependence between innovation. transfer has increased consumption countries, leading abnormal change. underscores importance targeted strategies improve efficiency mitigate confirms EKC hypothesis with an observed inverted U-shaped relationship emissions.

China’s economy is stepping into a new stage of high-quality development. The shift not only marks the optimization and upgrading economic structure, but also reflects in-depth implementation concept sustainable In this context, development AI technology playing an important role in balancing growth ecological protection with its unique advantages. This paper empirically studied impact on urban energy efficiency by constructing panel data for 282 prefecture-level cities from 2006 to 2019 then using super-efficiency SBM model based non-expected outputs evaluate indicators cities. It was discovered that had key influence increasing structure speeding up green innovation digital development, which turn improved efficiency. terms heterogeneity analysis, greater eastern region, has higher levels human capital, financial independence, government intervention. study combined smart city pilot policy multi-period DID model, treatment endogeneity issues, order perform parallel trend test investigate further effects advancement context improving Accordingly, achieve relevant departments should increase funding research pay attention introduction cultivation professionals, establish platform international exchanges cooperation between management, continue advocate
