Background: This study investigates digital transformation as a moderating variable in determining the effect of technologies, automation, and data integration upstream downstream providers on supply chain performance. By filling existing research gap, reveals that more regarding how interventions impact effectiveness these technologies for industrial chains must be understood. Methods: A structured survey was applied to 181 managers manufacturing firms scattered across Jordan. Results: The findings using SmartPLS statistical analysis indicated automation has strongest positive performance, followed by integration. But technology did not have significant direct effect, unless it accompanied broader initiatives. Conclusions: Theoretically, this reinforces theory vital framework, whereas practice, invokes strategic deployment integrated application designs underpin efficiency competitiveness. Finally, offers practical guidance practitioners who seek employ use current dynamic business environment.

This paper describes the role of Design Thinking (DT) in context sustainable development (SD), based on a perceived research need to identify features which may characterise its deployment, and ways via it be optimised, especially implementation United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs). The main goal this study is examine connection between DT SD showcase examples what has been done deploy it, using real-case situations. From methodological perspective, deploys set two methods: bibliometric analysis case studies. Among other findings, shows that can used help implement UN SDGs by providing an approach emphasises human-centred design. includes identifying problems, creating user-friendly solutions, testing them order ensure they are effective. Also, DT, companies, organisations, governments create low-cost, high-impact, solutions achieve such as SDG8, SDG9, SDG12, SDG13, among others. Overall, provides framework for combining creative analytical reasoning, specific mindsets, diverse hands-on tools techniques improve critical thinking abilities towards sustainability challenges. novelty relies fact combined use methods allowed identification some useful facilitate deployment contexts. assist future studies since theoretical basis field.

Digital equity is imperative for realizing the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG9 and SDG10. Recent empirical studies indicate that Design Equity (DDE) an effective strategy achieving digital equity. However, before this review, overall academic landscape of DDE remained obscure, marked by substantial knowledge gaps. This review employs a rigorous bibliometric methodology to analyze 1705 DDE-related publications, aiming delineate DDE's research progress intellectual structure identify opportunities. Design thinking (DT) is a widely-used innovation approach characterized by its experience-based character. It revolves around creating innovative solutions through extensive interaction among end-users, team members, and other stakeholders. However, traditional on-site, physical DT sessions are increasingly replaced virtual sessions, potentially undermining the experiential nature of DT. This study examines effects changing from to format on participants' experiences in processes as well resulting outcomes. To this end, we first identified two established complementary psychological theories—construal level theory embodied cognition—that provide starting points for understanding participants formats. Next, pursued an exploratory qualitative conducting 41 in-depth interviews with experts research practice. Our findings show that has profound across all phases process.
