In this chapter, the effects of cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) technologies at edge computing are examined in higher education. Edge offers a decentralized method which processing is done near data source. Due to less network traffic, response times can be quicker. AI technology implemented offer instructors and students intelligent individualized services. The chapter addresses advantages education, including enhanced student involvement, better learning results, simplified administrative procedures. It also looks difficulties implementing edge, such as privacy security issues. To fully fulfill potential AI, article's conclusion emphasizes necessity for additional study field.

This study explores the residents' behavioral determinants of ecological conservation in rural tourism development, focusing on resident participation to promote sustainable development industry. By integrating Theory Planned Behavior (TPB) and Norm Activation Model (NAM), it examines roles subjective norm, responsibility attribution, environmental risk perception, human capital shaping behavior. Based data from 331 valid responses collected through a questionnaire survey, structural equation model (SEM) was performed using SPSS AMOS analyze The findings reveal that norm attribution significantly enhance protection intention, which subsequently boosts relationship between behavior is mediated by while perception positively moderates norm-behavior relationship. Additionally, intention-behavior Significant differences were found based gender age, with men women, as well different age groups, responding uniquely intention perception. To targeted policy recommendations put forward.

Generation Z faces diverse challenges in education amidst the swift evolution of technology. This study investigates factors shaping Z's acceptance and adoption AI Cloud-based applications Oman's higher sector. Despite limited attention to this area Oman Gulf Cooperative Council countries (GCC), research addresses gap by employing Unified Theory Acceptance Use Technology (UTAUT) framework, recognized for its effectiveness understanding technology adoption. Through a quantitative approach, students Omani institutions were surveyed, SmartPLS was utilized analysis. Results indicate significant positive relationship between all UTAUT antecedent factors, with Performance Expectancy being non-significant. offers novel insights into global understandings learning trends education, aiming enhance pedagogical approaches.
