This study aims to evaluate and test the impact of knowledge, trust, unity, self-efficacy on knowledge management employees in Indonesian businesses education sector. empirical also examines relationship between among sector conformity through self-efficacy, unity. A quantitative causality technique was employed using a sample workers from companies involved (at least 35 years old engaged). The primary data consisted 220 replies respondents with varying educational backgrounds. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling software used analyze data. Likert scale is determine each answer’s value. Empirical evidence shows that does not affect these (T Statistics = 0.992); other hand, influences conformity, harmony, confidence, which turn affects companies. indirect effect demonstrates agreement can moderate influence 5,959); conversely, mediates strong trust businesses. results show need have high level for diverse expertise function well. Purpose This research examines the structure of financial markets by integrating game theory and fuzzy logic. The objective is to develop a differential model that analyzes competition among firms within specific industry. Design/methodology/approach study employs model, where players set service prices, dynamically influencing market shares profits over time. incorporates two criteria—market power (price-variable cost ratio) product differentiation (Herfindahl-Hirschman index)—to assess structure. These criteria are applied data from Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) industries, specifically banking, insurance, e-commerce, evaluate their respective structures.
