The prevalence of digital ecosystems and platforms underscores the need for a deeper understanding factors that influence performance variations within these platforms. This study introduced multidimensional model to examine platform ecosystem characteristics affect outcomes. To this end, it adopted Lotka-Volterra complex system theory. was simplified into one-dimensional framework, enabling examination prediction relationship between bifurcation configurations characteristics. provides practical insights implications extend beyond academia. results reveal high network threshold values indicate robust performance, suggesting resilience against collapse. Additionally, increasing effect influences by shifting competition strength toward prominent tipping-point locations, which is considered desirable regime. further confirm dampens platform's exponential growth; however, cross-network effects enhance it. These have significant investors, offering vision can inform managers' strategic decision-making. findings provide solid foundation developing informed strategies performance. Stimulating green technology innovation in agricultural enterprises through appropriate environmental policies is of great significance for achieving development. Based on the data listed agribusinesses from 2007 to 2020, this paper analyzes incentive effects traditional regulatory tools, carbon trading, and policy synergies using SDM-SDID model. It was found that: (1) Although both tools trading provide effects, former tends exhibit more pronounced direct making it suitable adoption by local governments, while latter demonstrates stronger spatial spillover application a national market context. (2) Command-and-control instruments are complementary mixes, other mixes be used as context actual situation. (3) The significant eastern regions, non-heavily polluting, state-owned agribusinesses, but not basic sector. above research, reveals differentiated different types combinations agribusinesses. This contributes deepening research selection provides theoretical support practical references precise implementation collaborative governance.

Environmental governance (EG), climate-resilient development, and environmental sustainability are interlinked phenomena. It is in this context that an evaluation of Pakistan's EG was carried out order to establish policy insights into the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) Plan 2017–2030. A questionnaire survey approach (targeting various stakeholder groups), using a multi-criteria decision analysis 'Best' 'Worst' method integrated framework were used. An important finding responsiveness ranked as best equity worst themes for CPEC sustainability. Similarly, criteria transparency considered be aspect access information/knowledge worst. Other aspects scoring highly included e.g. monitoring evaluation; stakeholder's communication collaboration processes; mechanisms ensure means rationales decisions making transparent eco-friendly development under Plan; stakeholders' input integration planning implementation; stakeholders capacity building deal with CC concerns development. Criteria poorly e.g., effective resolve conflicts between federal provincial Protection Agencies implementation laws letter spirit, well marginalized participation decision-making process. In context, Government needs system environmentally friendly (CRD) country.
