The volunteer's dilemma is a well-known game in theory that models the conflict players face when deciding whether to volunteer for collective benefit, knowing volunteering incurs personal cost. In this work we introduce quantum variant of classical dilemma, generalizing it by allowing utilize strategies. Employing Eisert-Wilkens-Lewenstein quantization framework, analyze multiplayer scenario with an arbitrary number players, where cost shared equally among volunteers. We derive analytical expressions players' expected payoffs and demonstrate game's advantage over game. particular, prove possesses symmetric Nash equilibria larger compared unique equilibrium game, wherein use mixed Furthermore, show identify are Pareto optimal. Our findings reveal distinct dynamics scenarios adhere rules, underscoring strategic decision making settings. Published American Physical Society 2025

Since the proposal of “Belt and Road” initiative (BRI) in 2013, China’s renewable energy investments countries along route have shown rapid growth diversification. These shifted from initial product exports engineering contracts to deeper equity financing cooperation. They not only promote a global structure transformation towards green low-carbon development but also bring significant economic social progress participating countries. This study aims systematically review research status trends through comprehensive bibliometric analysis. Utilizing Web Science database VOS viewer 1.6.17 software for visualization, this reveals publication trends, high-impact articles, institutional collaborations, author networks field. Additionally, keyword co-occurrence network analysis, three core themes are identified: investment motivations, synergy effects, consumption, international systematic analysis outlines current landscape provides important insights identifying emerging directions, thereby supporting more in-depth investigations into within initiative.
