Specialized, Refined, Differentiated, and Innovative (SRDI) enterprises are crucial to China’s economic development. It is important examine how various factors’ combinations impact the radical innovation performance of SRDI in order promote high-quality regional Based on Technology–Organization–Environment (TOE) framework, this study selected as research samples, used a hierarchical clustering algorithm divide into groups according characteristics enterprises, employed classification regression tree (CART) reveal complex nonlinear relationships between multiple key influencing factors from multi-source big data. The findings indicate that (1) there significant variations affecting different types enterprises; (2) stems synergistic interaction among factors; (3) R&D investment not simply linear. ABSTRACT The diffusion of green technologies is crucial not only for the advancement national innovation, but also promotion sustainable development. This paper empirically examines non‐linear relationship between different dimensions globalization and technology using a threshold effect model based on data from 46 countries over period 1990 to 2021. Our results show that inherently influenced by key variables, including sovereign ESG index, energy consumption structures, intensity. Specifically, positive impact diminishes as country's Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) index improves its shifts toward renewable sources. Conversely, in with higher intensity, significantly increases diffusion. In addition, this study delineates distinct roles economic, social, political globalization, revealing heterogeneous impacts across these process technologies. These findings contribute deeper understanding how can be leveraged promote technological progress.
