Purpose The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic represents one of the most significant disruptions to supply chains (SCs), stimulating both practitioners and scholars seek ways enhance chain performance (SCP). Recent advancements in technology, particularly analytics (SCA) technologies, offer promising avenues for mitigating risks associated with SC like those posed by COVID-19 pandemic. However, existing literature lacks a comprehensive analysis connection between SCA healthcare (HSC) performance. To address this research gap, we employed dynamic capability perspective investigate mediating roles innovation (SCI), resilience (SCR) flexibility (SCF) relationship HSC study further examined moderating role data-driven culture (DDC). Design/methodology/approach proposed model was tested using survey data from 374 managers facilities Ghana. SPSS Amos were used analyze gathered. Findings results showed that while may drive performance, presence SCI, SCR SCF serve as channels enhanced Additionally, also found different levels DDC induce varying effects on SCF. Research limitations/implications study’s have theoretical practical implications, offering valuable insights advancement literature. They deepen managers’ comprehension how when can boost limited Ghana, its findings not be universally applicable. Originality/value This contributes demonstrating SCR, could transformative mechanisms reap superior outcomes. offers contemporary guidance regarding investment decisions.
