Environmental degradation is one of the major global problems. This because, like many other regions in world, OECD countries also contribute to warming by using non-renewable energy sources speed up economic growth. Although ICT promotes globalization, no prior research has examined how this trend may affect CO2 emissions countries. Given scenario, current study aims examine impact Information communication technology, human capital, and globalization on environmental economies from 1990 2018. The present employs second-generation panel econometric techniques, i.e., unit root tests (CADF CIPS), Westerlund co-integration technique, cross-sectional ARDL, AMG. results confirm that ICT, renewable consumption, capital help bring sustainability However, variables growth, consumption lead increase degradation. Finally, it suggested investments sector must be subsidized promote online businesses incentivized through heavy tax relief.
