The increasing digitalisation of the economy, especially after COVID-19 pandemic, requires population to have advanced digital skills. In a decentralised country such as Spain, it is necessary identify population's model skills acquisition by taking geographical variables into account. To this end, aim research analyse impact socioeconomic and on level Spanish including two spatial levels: regional (Autonomous Communities) local (provinces) from 2015 2021. An ordered probit used with microdata provided National Statistics Institute's Survey Equipment Use Information Communication Technologies in Households (ICT_H) for 2015, 2019 results study show that factors greater influence than model. has undergone changes emergence an increase among employed unemployed compared inactive persons.
