Purpose This study developed a theoretical model to test the relationship between digital capability and Industry 4.0 (I4.0) its effect on innovation performance in small medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Design/methodology/approach The proposed was evaluated using partial least-squares structural equation modeling fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis. data were obtained from sample of 536 SMEs Chile. Findings presented two dimensions capability: management information communication technologies (ICTs). Management models composed enterprise resource planning customer systems are essential for optimizing organizational management. Meanwhile, ICTs facilitate smooth flow within an organization, leading improved efficiency production processes. I4.0 is encouraged by exposing base such as analytics. This mixed methods article discusses the role of scenario analysis as a tool to assess broadest possible specter positive and negative effects technologies social processes within current existential risk assessment research. Industry 4.0 represents a crucial technological revolution for the modernization and competitiveness of companies, offering tools that enhance efficiency, productivity, sustainability industrial processes. Adopting these technologies is essential, especially in sectors such as mining, where their implementation can radically transform operations. This study investigates adoption among mining non-mining companies Chile, using data from Survey Access Use Information Communication Technology Companies. A Principal Component Analysis (PCA) identified main variables influencing adoption. The results indicate are significantly more advanced integrating ERP, SCM, Big Data, which optimize operational processes strengthen competitiveness. This publication presents social actions organised in Baltic universities collaboration with policy, industry, and society, aiming to support Ukrainian populations humanitarian crises. Purpose This research aims to define the novel attitude toward social responsibility phenomena from a multi-level governance perspective and, based on Lithuanian case, illustrate territorial concerning needs and challenges for future responsible in rural areas.
