This study aims to investigate the coupling coordination relationship between digital village construction and high-quality agricultural development in China, along with influencing factors, order provide policy recommendations for fostering concurrent advancement of these two domains. Utilizing degree model, spatial econometric model other methods, this paper analyzes panel data 31 provinces (municipalities autonomous regions) China spanning from 2011 2022. The key findings indicate following: Firstly, there has been an overall enhancement levels across all Chinese provinces, eastern region exhibiting a higher developmental status compared central western regions. Secondly, shown collective improvement, albeit variations among different regions; however, regional disparities are gradually narrowing. Thirdly, level economic financial expenditure emerges as significant factors coordination, demonstrating not only direct positive effects but also spillover effects. Finally, proposes promote sustainable development, such setting up technology innovation platforms, establishing production bases, training farmers skills mitigate foster mutual

Abstract The agricultural policy-productivity gap remains a significant challenge in both academic literature and practice, driven by the complex interplay of economy-wide sector-specific policies. This study explores country-level determinants Nigeria, assessing effectiveness various policy incentives dysfunctions on productivity. Utilising Markov-Switching Vector Autoregressive (MS-VAR) model, our results indicate that lending credit policies consistently enhance productivity across different regimes. However, exchange rate price exhibit negative relationship with productivity, suggesting inefficiencies macroeconomic management. Based these findings, we recommend targeted programs to increase access affordable financing for farmers agribusinesses, alongside stabilisation measures mitigate adverse effects volatility inflation sector. Technologies like digital mobile services have a greater role in societies, particularly among agricultural communities for financial transactions. Keeping this mind, the current study investigated present status and potential of (DFS) farmers Bangladesh. A total 400 were interviewed directly through random selection to assess conducted 30 KIIs potential. The utilized mixed-method approach, incorporating quantitative analysis via Relative Importance Index (RII) qualitative transcriptions. It was found that 87.3% use DFS with bKash being most popular platform. However, relatively limited when it comes farm In case farm's electricity bill payments, number responses higher compared other items. Furthermore, highlighted lower satisfaction level than cash This is due fact perceive using transactions as very difficult, which compounded by lack knowledge on PIN changes (70.5%) familiarity terms conditions (72%). Additionally, 42.86% reported experiencing scams, prevalence issues. such instances, lodged complaints agents but did not receive satisfactory resolutions. Therefore, suggests implement user-friendly interfaces tailored use, initiate farmer-focused literacy programs, enforce robust security measures, establish regulatory framework integration into agriculture.

In the era of digital economy, data element investment strategy decisions and game mechanisms leaders followers are crucial issues to be studied. To explore environment in which collaboration between enterprises benefits both parties, this study initially proposes a three-stage model based on sequential method. Subsequently, we analyze choices for leading following across six scenarios within dynamic market environments. Finally, numerical simulations employed examine effect strategies industry society as whole. The simulation shows that (1) cooperation is more effective approach enhancing data-driven innovation performance, but when it comes mature markets, may conflict with interests followers. (2) Followers can benefit from by significantly boosting growth rate elements, cause lose their original scale. (3) Excessively high initial production costs negatively affect innovative performance social wealth, whereas industries achieve greater welfare through elements. Considering environmental characteristics findings elucidate ramifications enterprises, industries, society, providing positive insights two types different strengths make apt regarding cooperation.
