The swift advancement of digital technologies under Industry 4.0 has significantly transformed business operations and supply chain management. These advancements hold the potential to improve efficiency, reduce waste, foster sustainable development; however, they also create challenges due uneven adoption across enterprises. (1) Background: chains is uneven, resulting in a divide between This disparity disrupts collaboration alignment with practices. (2) Methods: research examines how corporate affects supply–demand imbalance by employing quantitative method identify obstacles strategies for improving collaboration. employs approach, specifically multiple regression analysis, investigate among enterprises overcoming barriers. utilizes firm-level data from Chinese stock market accounting databases performs robustness checks, including methods such as instrumental variable approach Heckman two-stage model, ensure validity findings. (3) Results: study finds that exacerbates imbalances both upstream downstream chains. Elevating resilience effectively alleviated this relationship. Specifically, strengthening resource process impact on chain, while enhancement system product mitigated chain. Heterogeneity analysis indicates varies different conditions network centrality, concentration, government focus, enterprise nature. (4) Conclusions: To sustainability 4.0, must bridge enhance It recommended mitigate disruptions caused alleviating impacts through strengthened resilience. Furthermore, fostering collaborative development essential optimizing sustainability.

With the increasing integration of digital technology in supply chains, manufacturers and suppliers are initiating complementary innovations technology. Such (DTCIs) amplify synergistic effects, fostering cross-domain innovation. This raises significant inquiries about how firms undertake DTCI. In this study, we model a chain consisting buyer, new supplier, an existing exploring impacts presence mature varying leadership relations on collaboration patterns. Our findings highlight several key insights: firstly, for their highest level effort DTCI is observed when they play follower role, yet attaining position results heightened profits. Intriguingly, as leader or does not impact level, exhibit preference stance. Secondly, supplier possesses lower bargaining power, buyer inclined towards collaborating with them, anticipating higher Under these circumstances, supplier’s diminished. Thirdly, probability success magnitude complementarity between parties positively influence levels both but negatively supplier.

ABSTRACT Artificial intelligence (AI) has revolutionized many industries, particularly tourism. Using the diffusion of innovation theory, value‐based adoption model, and technology readiness this study examines AI through perceived enjoyment, usefulness, fees, technicality on value in tour, travel, hospitality sectors. Data were analyzed using PLS‐SEM via SMARTPLS version 3.3.9, an artificial neural network (ANN). The findings show that fees usefulness significantly impact value. Travelers are more likely to services if they perceive reasonable enhanced search performance, leading increased intention. revealed enjoyment not primary drivers value, underscoring importance pricing, benefits, convenience, cost‐effectiveness promoting tourism offerings enhance service perception. In addition, high encourages adoption. moderation effect age innovativeness indicates a strong relationship between PV intentions among Gen Z.
