Abstract In order to solve the energy consumption in wireless sensor networks and improve network quality assurance, this paper uses reinforcement learning algorithm reduce waste while making nodes form a multi-path transmission topology MPHR complex place with uneven distribution of nodes. After that, Gibbs is used represent probability nodes, routing cost function select optimal paths establish routing, finally an adaptive strategy based on (MPHR-RL). The results show that: MPHR-RL can effectively extend lifetime; it has highest average number anchors first 100 rounds interception (90.87); largest mean value mobile path length (5.5049 Km), smallest fluctuation value, stability under BS.The latency task than E-WA, E-WM, E-WI methods by 61.11%, 65.30% 70.59%, respectively, indicating that more adaptable dynamic changes environment. success rate for both static loads >98%, still extremely high even when load greatly.
