Previous studies have yielded inconsistent findings regarding the comparison of lipid profiles in patients with primary aldosteronism (PA) and essential hypertension (EH), there is a limited understanding association between plasma aldosterone concentration (PAC) across various populations. 270 PA 598 EH diagnosed at Second Affiliated Hospital Nanchang University from January 2020 to June 2021 were consecutively included. After 1:1 propensity score matching by sex, age, body mass index (BMI), 267 ultimately enrolled study. The relationship PAC lipids was explored.
