This study aims to determine the sustainability category of garlic production in Sembalun District based on ecological, social and economic dimensions. The was conducted several villages District, East Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province, involving 50 farmers. Perubahan penggunaan lahan akibat pertumbuhan populasi manusia meningkatkan tekanan pada lingkungan. Lanskap agroforestri merupakan sistem mixed-use sebagai menawarkan solusi dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sekaligus mempertahankan jasa lanskap. Penelitian ini menganalisis lanskap berupa keragaman jenis tanaman, penyimpanan karbon, dan tata kelola air dengan menggunakan i-Tree ECO. Hasil Analisis menujukan mampu berkontribusi terhadap lingkungan sesuai tujuan Sustainable Development Goals SDG’s 11 (pembangunan perkotaan masyarakat kota yang berkelanjutan), 13 (mitigasi perubahan iklim) 15 (serta perlindungan ekosistem daratan). penelitian tanaman tingkat sedang, penyedia sumber daya genetik, makanan, peningkatan produksi biomasa, ketahanan varietas lokal area penyangga menyimpan karbon jumlah sedang mendukung target Indonesia mengurangi emisi tahun 2030. limpasan melalui evapotranspirasi infiltrasi tanah, musim kemarau.

Abstract Agroforestry systems have grown significantly in popularity Bangladesh during recent years due to their favorable effects on the environment and human health. These are essential for supporting sustainable agriculture because they increase diversity, improve food security, provide revenue. This study's main objective is show how agroforestry a widely used ecological climate‐resilient practice Bangladesh. The research explores investment analysis, adoption‐influencing factors, strength, weakness, opportunities, threats (SWOT) analysis of practices. A total 340 respondents were chosen this extensive study using multistage random selection technique. results showed discrepancy practice, with farmers exhibiting high degree awareness but limited application. Financial employing metrics such as benefit‐cost ratio, net present value, internal rate return favored agroforestry, indicating its economic viability potential benefits adopters. Additionally, adoption was found be influenced by binary logistic regression model that highlighted several important features, including larger farm sizes, younger age groups, greater education levels, training experiences, frequent extension visits, enhanced market access. also identified barriers adoption, lack trained labor, poor technical assistance, education. thorough clarifies opportunities constraints implementation It suggests broad means focused initiatives empower farmers, observable advantages, promote nationwide acceptance.

Diversification of cropping pattern coupled with the development suitable technology packages is crucial to meet ever-increasing demand for diversified products and sustained farmers' incomes. We evaluated different woodlot-based multistoried agroforestry systems their effectiveness mitigate devastating effects climate change by offering multifaceted benefits. Specifically, present study aimed assess yield probability woodlot based system two vegetables, i.e., potato brinjal during period 2019–2020. The vegetables were planted on floor orchard where pineapple in same row trees. experiment was laid out a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) three replications. results revealed that upper-storied woody plants sole received 100 % Photosynthetically Active Radiation (PAR) but incident light gradually decreased potato, which grown at experienced 55.85(T3), 60.70(T2), 66.38(T1), (T4) PAR under tree crop combinations respectively. In both cases highest BCR (3.75) (3.09) obtained ghoraneem + production, respectively, may considered as best technique higher diversification, maximization land use efficiency.
