The use of autologous biological preparations (ABPs) and their combinations fills the void in healthcare treatment options that exists between surgical procedures, like plastic reconstructive, cosmetic, orthopedic surgeries; non-surgical musculoskeletal procedures; current pharmaceutical treatments. ABPs, including high-density platelet-rich plasma (HD-PRP), bone marrow aspirate concentrates (BMACs), adipose tissue preparations, with unique stromal vascular fractions (SVFs), can play important roles regeneration repair processes. They be easily safely prepared at point care. Healthcare professionals employ ABPs to mimic classical wound healing cascade, initiate angiogenesis induce regenerative pathways, aiming restore integrity function damaged tissues. In this review, we will address combining HD-PRP tissue, particular fraction (t-SVF), as believe biocellular combination demonstrates a synergistic effect, where constituents enhance potential t-SVF its adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (AD-MSCs) pericytes, leading improved functional repair, regeneration, variety clinical applications.
