The present study examined optimal dietary patterns of eight plant-based foods for preventing chronic diseases, including hypertension, stroke, myocardial infarction, and diabetes, using data from the China Health Nutrition Survey (CHNS). We applied generalized estimating equations to assess time-based changes gender differences, residual balancing weights control time-varying confounders, employed a restricted cubic spline model explore dose-response relationships by gender. findings suggested that high intake vegetables whole grains, along with moderate amounts fruits, fungi algae, could help reduce risk developing these four diseases simultaneously. Background/Objectives: The incidence of metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD), a condition linked to the ongoing obesity pandemic, is rapidly increasing worldwide.
