This study provides theoretical and practical perspectives on resource recovery (RR) in upcycled food (UF) supply chains. The goal of RR UF chains is to minimize waste maximize the value derived from byproducts surplus. However, since these are fragmented recovering utilizing involve inherent uncertainties, implementation challenging. employs fuzzy Delphi method a decision-making trial evaluation laboratory. analysis validates 29 attributes chains, examines their causal relationships, assesses hierarchical interdependencies. findings reveal that financial resources, managerial strategies, digital infrastructure causally drive collaborative innovation networks. implications for industry, highlighting importance engaging business stakeholders, supporting problem solving, allocating budgets strategically, developing lifecycle focusing creation.
