Abstract The current study was conducted at the poultry field, Agriculture College, Al-Muthanna University, from 21/03/2024 to 24/04/2024. 317 broiler chicks of Ross 308 breed, one day old, unsexed and with an initial weight 40±1.0 gm, were used. They distributed randomly into 7 treatments 3 replicates for each treatment (15 replicate). as follows: T1: control treatment. As rest treatments, soybeans replaced feather powder a rate 2% following treatments; T2: partial replacement decomposed by enzyme Keratinase concentration 100,000 IU. T3: 200,000 T4: treated sodium hydroxide NaOH 2%. T5: 5%. T6: heat-treated 30 minutes. T7: 60 fed starter feed period 1 15 days, finisher 16 days until end experiment age 35 days. results showed that possibility meal in without affecting some biochemical blood characteristics immune chickens 308.
