Antioxidants are substances that have the ability to resist or delay oxidative damage. can be used not only for diagnosis and prevention of vascular diseases, but also food preservation industrial production. However, due excessive use antioxidants, it cause environmental pollution endanger human health. It seen development antioxidant detection technology is important environment/health maintenance. found traditional methods, including high performance liquid chromatography, gas etc., shortcomings such as cumbersome operation cost. In contrast, nanozyme-based method features advantages low cost, simple operation, rapidity, which has been widely in various glucose antioxidants. This article focuses on latest research progress nanozymes detection. Nanozymes classified according enzyme-like types. Different types sensing strategies devices summarized. Based summary analysis, one find commercial practical antioxidants still challenging.
