Using an ultra-mini-wound technique to dissect the adhesion surrounding umbilicus port site aiding laparoscopic staging surgery for treating a woman with early-stage endometrioid endometrial cancer (E-EC) who had widespread and extensive abdominal adhesions secondary previous complicated cesarean section (C/S) bladder rupture. A 70-year-old history of C/S complicating rupture treated Boari flap repair, leaving longitudinal depressed scar over abdomen from pubic hair area in her 30s was scheduled due E-EC. We performed ultra-mini midline incision (3-cm) crossing manually inserted main trocar establish workplace further surgery. Additionally, malposition right ureter (passing through dome cavity) repair ruptured urinary clearly identified. Surgery completed uneventful. The patient discharged on day 4 total length hospital stay four days. She is living well freeing disease sequelae. An wound assisted can be successfully applied women without increasing adverse events or prolonging stay.
