Since the emergence and rapid dissemination of Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), over 774 million individuals globally have achieved recovery to today. There is some case flashing into here there all world. Neutralizing Antibody (NAb) against Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-Type 2 (SARS-CoV-2) play a paramount role in conferring effective lasting protection for several months. This protective effect decreases with time thus increasing chance reinfection. Therefore, we can provide body by maintaining NAb level. However, how maintain Nab level remains elusive. To address this question, recruited 80 patients confirmed COVID-19 collected 480 consecutive blood samples performed testing six months after their recovery. The were categorized two groups: low-titer group (≤20) high-titer (>20). achieve comprehensive understanding changes level, 16 serum randomly selected an untargeted metabolomic analysis, whereas 9 designated label-free proteomic analysis. We successfully identified differentially expressed 751 metabolites 845 proteins. In both low high titer groups, three key differential proteins, phosphoglucose translocase 2(PGM2), UDP-Glc 4-epimerase (GALE), alcohol dehydrogenase 1B (ADH1B), that important roles fluctuating through glycogen synthesis, galactose metabolism ethanol degradation pathways. These proteins may serve as potential biomarkers enhancing immune recovering from COVID-19.

ABSTRACT Background: Fatigue is a common post-illness symptom that significantly impacts the quality of life (QoL), especially among elderly individuals. The long-term effects COVID-19 on fatigue and QoL in survivors remain under-explored. Aims Objectives: This study aims to examine prevalence its impact survivors. Materials Methods: Data were collected from tertiary care hospital India, involving 99 participants aged over 50 years. Sociodemographic clinical data obtained via structured interviews. was assessed using Multidimensional Inventory-20 questionnaire, while measured with WHOQOL-BREF Scale. Results: Significant positive correlations found between age fatigue. scores notably higher physical reduced activity domains. Overall negatively correlated scores. Conclusion: underscores importance addressing post-COVID-19 for survivors, as their life.

Abstract Aging has been reported as a major risk factor for severe symptoms and higher mortality rates in COVID-19 patients. Molecular hallmarks such epigenetic alterations telomere attenuation reflect the biological process of aging. Epigenetic clocks have shown to be valuable tools measuring age variety tissues samples. As such, these can determine accelerated aging time-to-mortality across various tissues. Previous reports attrition acceleration following SARS-CoV-2 infection.
