This article explores the significance of jewelry-making tradition in Indonesia and its evolution over time, based on unique techniques, materials, designs, varieties ornaments that make Indonesian jewelry famous locally internationally. aims to analyze can have an economic impact local community's culture potential for sustainable development region. Abstract The current study adopts a unique approach in investigating the effect of destination brand equity and local on loyalty loyalty. Consumer boycotts have emerged as a significant force in modern markets, with research indicating that up to 42% of multinational corporations and 54% prominent brands currently face such actions. The growing prevalence consumer activism represents fundamental shift consumer-corporate relationships, where ethical considerations increasingly drive purchasing decisions. Despite extensive on boycott outcomes, gaps exist understanding the longitudinal effects across diverse cultural contexts specific mechanisms through which social media amplifies these movements.This study addresses by examining: (1) psychological sociocultural factors driving participation boycotts; (2) impact corporate responses brand reputation financial performance; (3) role facilitating activism. Following PRISMA guidelines, we systematically reviewed articles from Scopus database published between 2019-2024, initially identifying 8,958 documents were screened down 45 final based inclusion exclusion criteria. methodology combines quantitative bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer software qualitative synthesis. Our findings reveal significantly both immediate sales long-term reputation, particularly when are perceived credible widely supported. demonstrates is driven complex motivational including ethnocentrism, religious beliefs, identity, vary demographic contexts.
