By examining four dimensions constraints—interpersonal, interactional, intrinsic, structural—the research highlights critical role internal factors, such as emotional stress interactional dynamics, intensifying helplessness. Furthermore, identifies that significantly dampen while helplessness intensifies avoidance. Ultimately, findings underscore need strategic interventions to mitigate barriers, thereby enhancing inclusivity enriching potential family experiences.
