Mycotoxins in animal feed pose health risks and economic losses, but using various adsorbent types could potentially protect animals from mycotoxicosis. The study aimed to assess the effect of OTA on broiler chickens envisage ameliorative potential clay adsorbents. objectives this vivo were investigate effects productivity, biochemical parameters, fecal residues, preventive indigenous commercial Balochistan as adsorbents alleviate adverse exposure. Male (n = 160) treated with 400 μg/kg 0.5 g/kg for 42 days, water available an ad libitum manner. amount diet residues was assessed through HPLC. administration diet, resulted a significant (p < 0.05) decrease average daily gain (ADG) intake (ADFI) while increasing conversion ratio (FCR) compared control group. Furthermore, no > differences found between weight fed without (positive control) that adsorbent. group given containing adsorbent-supplemented has shown increase relative liver, kidney, gizzard, proventriculus decreasing spleen bursa Fabricius. Alterations levels serum total protein (TP), cholesterol (CHL), urea (SU), enzymatic activity (aspartate aminotransferase (AST) alanine transaminase (ALT)), creatinine observed OTA-intoxicated groups Adsorbent supplementation significantly higher content faeces. It can be concluded results study, intoxication negatively affects chickens, effective adsorption against OTA.

This study investigated the combined effects of deltamethrin and T-2 toxin on animals, utilizing bentonite as a prophylactic agent. The research was conducted white rats, which were orally administered toxins for 20 consecutive days. Subsequently, clinical, hematological, biochemical parameters examined to assess impact animals. Based results, it has been established that effect with repeated administration is characterized by more severe hematological changes than separate exposure toxicants. Accompanied decrease in number leukocytes, erythrocytes hemoglobin, total protein, glucose cholinesterase activity. Adding feed agent at dose 2% diet preventive case poisoning T- 2 toxin, helps normalize
