One hazardous material that occurs naturally in the environment and induces oxidative stress is cadmium (Cd). Epidemiological data revealed exposure to workplace might be linked many illnesses serious testicular injuries. Aims: It taught antioxidants can protect different organs against environmental toxic compounds. Therefore, current investigation aims show role of (gallic acid selenium) protection toxicity, including architecture testes, semen properties, steroid hormones, protein expression cytochrome P450 [CYP 19 11A1] contributing production antioxidant enzyme activities, male rabbits. Methods: Male rabbits were given orally three times/week [1 mg/kg BW] for twelve weeks. In addition, gallic (20 mg/kg) or selenium (1 BW) was administered two hours before treatment. This included a spectrophotometer, histopathology, Western immunoblotting techniques. Results: Cadmium treatment significantly reduced sperm counts, testosterone, estrogen levels after four, eight, weeks 12-week with cadmium, activity 17β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase enzymes, catalase, superoxide dismutase, glutathione reductase, peroxidase, S-transferase, as well levels, inhibited testes tissue. On other hand, following treatment, rabbit’s showed discernible increase free radical levels. Interestingly, enzymes level radicals recovered treated 12 steroidogenic expressions CYP 11A1 upregulated downregulated respectively. pretreatment either administration, CYP11A1 restored normal histopathological investigation, immature spermatozoids sloughed spermatogonium cells observed cadmium-treated rabbits’ testes. pretreatments mitigated alleviated adverse effects on increased healthy sperm. Conclusions: The lower hormones could due downregulation CYP11A1, inhibition dehydrogenase, induction Furthermore, tissue hormone
