Ulcerative colitis (UC) is on the rise all over world. Zingiber officinale polysaccharide (ZOP-1) has good anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects, but therapeutic effect mechanism of ZOP-1 UC are still unclear. obtained by water extraction alcohol precipitation was analyzed methylation NMR.
